We have found our ATM to be trouble free... Typically, when we do have a problem, it is self-inflicted (our phone line disconnected or something of that sort). But, our calls for help are always answered promptly and courteously. They don't even get upset when the problem was due to our phone line!

The high quality of the exhibitors, uniqueness of products offered, and diversity make the Apple Fest a hit for everyone! Visitors attend every year from all parts of New York and even New England, while crafters and artisans from numerous states display their wares. This small community has grown accustomed to having 90,000 visitors every Columbus Day weekend.

Not long ago the LaFayette Apple Festival was on the verge of not offering ATMs at our event at all. For several years we had contracted with a large multi-state bank to provide ATM service and it seems like each year things got worse. The biggest problem was that service personnel were located in Pennsylvania. If we had a problem, and we always seemed to, it took several hours to get someone on site. Usually, they said it was too far to come for a two day event and we were on our own. This situation was obviously very frustrating to us and our Festival goers. We had pretty much decided that ATMs were just not worth the aggravation.

The Apple Festival prefers to support local businesses whenever possible. When we were approached by Central Direct ATM, we decided to give it one last shot. Our experience with them to date has been extremely positive. Last year when one of the ATMs had an electrical problem, the folks from Central Direct were there within minutes, fixed the problem and had the machine back on line very quickly. They have been very flexible in customizing a package that fits our needs. No one is talking about getting rid of ATMs any more. I would highly recommend the Central Direct ATM team to any organization.
